Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

- 3 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into 1-inch slices
- 1 ¼ cups vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter, thyme, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the butter mixture.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
