Ingredients:

    • Egg roll wrappers
    • Water (for sealing the wrappers)

    • Sweet chili sauce

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Filling:
    • In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground pork or chicken over medium heat until fully cooked and crumbled.
  2. Add Vegetables:
    • Add shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, green onions, and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
  3. Season:
    • Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, and cornstarch (if using). Mix well to combine and cook for an additional 2–3 minutes. Remove from heat and let the filling cool.
