Whether you're serving them for breakfast, dessert, or a sweet snack, these little bombs are sure to impress. So, roll up your sleeves and let's dive into making these mouthwatering treats!

Ingredients:

- 1 can (8-count) Pillsbury Grand biscuits, not flaky layers

- 1 cup (262 g) blueberry pie filling, store-bought or homemade*

- ½ cup (1 stick / 113g) butter, melted

- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions:

1. Begin by prepping your biscuits. Remove them from the can and gently separate each biscuit into two layers. Roll out each layer into a 4-inch circle using a rolling pin.

2. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of blueberry pie filling into the center of each circle. Carefully pull the sides of the dough together, pinching them to seal the filling inside. Shape the dough into balls.

3. Now, it's time to add some extra flavor! Brush each bomb generously with melted butter and sprinkle them with granulated sugar for a deliciously golden finish.

4. Preheat your air fryer to 330°F and arrange the bombs in the basket, making sure to leave some space between them. Cook in batches if needed.

5. Air fry the bombs for 7-8 minutes or until they turn beautifully golden brown and crispy on the outside.

6. Once done, remove them from the air fryer and serve warm. These Blueberry Pie Bombs are best enjoyed fresh out of the fryer, but they're equally delightful even at room temperature.

Get ready to indulge in a burst of blueberry bliss with every bite of these delightful treats. Enjoy them as a breakfast pastry, a sweet snack, or a scrumptious dessert. However you choose to savor them, these Blueberry Pie Bombs are guaranteed to be a hit!
