Ingredients:

For Fruit Salsa:

  • 1 cup strawberries, finely diced
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and finely diced
  • 1 cup mango, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 cup pineapple, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

For Cinnamon Chips:

  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, cilantro, lime juice, and honey. Gently stir the mixture and refrigerate.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Brush the tortillas with melted butter, then sprinkle them with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  5. Cut the tortillas into wedges and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the chips are crispy.
  7. Serve the crispy cinnamon chips alongside the chilled fruit salsa.
