Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients:
For Fruit Salsa:
- 1 cup strawberries, finely diced
- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and finely diced
- 1 cup mango, peeled and finely diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
For Cinnamon Chips:
- 10 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine strawberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple, cilantro, lime juice, and honey. Gently stir the mixture and refrigerate.
- In a small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon.
- Brush the tortillas with melted butter, then sprinkle them with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Cut the tortillas into wedges and arrange them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the chips are crispy.
- Serve the crispy cinnamon chips alongside the chilled fruit salsa.
