Full english breakfast

 


Ingredients:


- 4 large eggs

- 4 pork sausages

- 4 rashers of bacon

- 2 tomatoes, halved

- 4 slices of black pudding (optional)

- 1 can of baked beans

- 4 slices of bread, toasted

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil or butter

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)


Instructions:


1. Cook the Sausages and Bacon:


   - Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add the sausages. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.


   - In the same pan, add the bacon and cook for about 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.


2. Prepare the Tomatoes and Black Pudding:


   - In the same pan, add the halved tomatoes, cut side down. Cook for about 5 minutes until softened and slightly charred.


   - If using black pudding, add slices to the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until heated through and crispy on the outside.


3. Cook the Eggs:

   - Heat another frying pan or skillet over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil or butter.


   - Crack the eggs into the pan and cook to your preference (fried, scrambled, poached). Season with salt and pepper.




4. Heat the Baked Beans:


   - Pour the baked beans into a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until warmed through.



5. Toast the Bread:


   - Toast the slices of bread until golden brown and crispy.



6. Assemble the Breakfast:


   - Arrange the cooked sausages, bacon, tomatoes, black pudding (if using), eggs, and toasted bread on individual plates.


   - Serve the baked beans in a small bowl on the side.


   - Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.



7. Serve and Enjoy:


   - Serve the Full English Breakfast immediately while hot.


   - Enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee for a traditional and hearty meal.
