Wings in a Sweet and Sour Marinade

Wings in a Sweet and Sour Marinade

Ingredients:

- Chicken wings: 15 pcs

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 3 tsp honey

- Lemon juice: 1.5 tbsp

- Tomato paste: 3 tbsp

- Soy sauce: 8 tbsp

- Garlic: 2 cloves, grated

- Ground red pepper

- Black pepper/salt

- Sesame seeds

Preparation:

1. Wash and dry the wings. Cut each wing into 3 pieces (along with the tendons), discarding the outermost flank. Place the wing pieces in a bowl and season with salt.

2. For the marinade, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, tomato paste, lemon juice, grated garlic cloves, ground red pepper, and black pepper. Mix until smooth. Pour the marinade over the wings, ensuring they are evenly coated. Let marinate for 2-3 hours.

3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

4. After marinating, place the wings on a baking sheet. Pour half of the remaining marinade over the wings and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

6. After 20 minutes, lightly pour the remaining marinade over the wings again. Bake for another 20 minutes or until the wings are cooked through and golden brown.

Enjoy your delicious wings!
