Hot Honey Gold & Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

- 1/4 cup hot honey

- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- Juice of 1 lemon

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest

- 1/4 cup chicken broth

- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, combine hot honey, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.

2. Rub the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

5. In the same skillet, add lemon juice, lemon zest, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has slightly thickened.

6. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.

7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
