Ingredients:
- 4 pork chops (bone-in or boneless)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Directions:
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, and smoked paprika together in a small bowl.
3. Rub the spice mixture evenly on both sides of each pork chop.
4. Place pork chops in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 3 minutes before serving.
