Philly Cheesesteak Baked Tortellini

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 package (19 oz) frozen cheese tortellini

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 onion, sliced

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup beef broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet, cooking until they are softened.

Meanwhile, cook the tortellini according to package instructions until just al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and vegetables, cooked tortellini, and beef broth. Stir to combine.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
