Baked Sticky Wings

Ingredients:

Set A:

3/4 kg Chicken Wings (Wings and Drummettes separated)

1 tsp. Garlic Salt

2 tsp. Cornstarch

1 tsp. Paprika

Set B:

1/3 cup Sweet chili sauce

1 tsp. Vinegar

2 tbsps. Oyster sauce

1 tbsp. Honey

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

2. Prepare Chicken Wings: In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken wings with garlic salt, cornstarch, and paprika from set A. Toss the wings until they are evenly coated with the seasonings.

3. Bake Wings: Arrange the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and cooked through.

4. Prepare Sticky Sauce: While the wings are baking, prepare the sticky sauce. In a small saucepan, combine the sweet chili sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, and honey from set B. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it begins to simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce thickens slightly.

5. Coat Wings: Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a large mixing bowl. Pour the sticky sauce over the wings and toss them until they are evenly coated with the sauce.

6. Serve: Transfer the sticky wings to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds or chopped green onions if desired. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious baked sticky wings!
