Red Velvet Oreo Cheesecake Brownie


 ingredients:


 For the Brownie base:


 1/2 cup melted butter

 1 cup of sugar

 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 1/4 cup cocoa powder

 Pinch of salt

 1 tablespoon red food coloring

 1 teaspoon of vinegar

 2 eggs

  3/4 cup all-purpose flour


 For the Cheesecake Layer:


 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

 3/4 cup sugar

 2 eggs

 2 teaspoons vanilla extract


 For the assembly:


 Oreo cookies, amount to taste (approximately 12-16), crushed


 Instructions:


 1. Preparation of the brownie base:

 Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Lightly grease a 9x9-inch square pan.

 In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, 1 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add the cocoa, pinch of salt, food coloring and vinegar, mixing well after each addition.

 Add the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.

 Add the flour and mix until well combined.

 Pour the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.

 2. Preparation of the cheesecake layer:

  In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons vanilla until smooth.

  Spread the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.

 3. Add the Oreos:

 Sprinkle the crushed Oreo cookies over the cheesecake layer.

 4. Baking:

 Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheesecake filling is set and lightly golden.

 Let cool completely in the mold on a rack.

 5. Serve:

 Once cool, cut into squares and serve.
