Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- Oil for frying
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Toss the chicken wings in the spice mixture until well-coated.
3. Dredge each wing in the flour, shaking off excess.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
5. Fry the wings in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes per batch.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
