Baked Parmesan Garlic Herb Salmon in Foil


Ingredients:


- 1 1/2 pounds salmon of choice

- 4 tablespoons butter, softened

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic minced

- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped


Directions:


1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

2. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet.

3. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and fresh parsley. Mix well.

4. Spread the butter mixture over the salmon, covering it evenly.

5. Wrap the foil around the salmon, ensuring it is sealed.

6. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

7. Carefully unwrap the foil and broil the salmon for an additional 2-3 minutes to brown the top.

8. Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
