Ingredients:

  • White rice: 1 cup, cooked
  • Crab meat: 1/2 cup, cooked and shredded (can substitute with imitation crab or shrimp)
  • Cucumber: 1/2, sliced into thin sticks or cubes
  • Avocado: 1, diced
  • Sriracha: to taste
  • Mayo: 2 tbsp (Japanese mayo preferred)
  • Soy sauce (or liquid aminos): to taste
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning: for topping

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the rice: Cook the rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly.
  2. Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, combine the mayo and sriracha to make a spicy mayo sauce. Adjust the amount of sriracha to your preferred heat level.
  3. Assemble the bowl:
    • Start with a base of cooked white rice in each bowl.
    • Arrange the crab meat, cucumber slices, and avocado on top of the rice.
  4. Add condiments:
    • Drizzle soy sauce or liquid aminos over the top.
    • Spoon the spicy mayo sauce over the ingredients.
  5. Garnish: Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning generously over the bowl.
