Fruit Salad to Die For!


This is a delightful and easy-to-make fruit salad that your whole family will enjoy. It's perfect for keeping on hand for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

- 1 can pineapple chunks, in their own juice (20 oz)

- 1 can mandarin oranges, drained (15 oz)

- 1 bunch green grapes, halved (about 3/4 lb)

- 2 bananas

- 1 package strawberries, sliced (16 oz)

- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding (Jell-O brand, 3.4 oz)


You can also add other fruits that you like.


Directions

1. Pour the pineapple chunks along with their juice into a large bowl. Add the vanilla instant pudding mix and stir until the mixture is creamy.

2. Add the drained mandarin oranges and stir to combine.

3. Add the grapes, bananas (sliced), and strawberries. Stir until all the fruit is well-coated and creamy.

4. Refrigerate the salad until it is nicely chilled. Be mindful not to refrigerate for too long as the bananas may turn brown. Alternatively, you can serve the salad immediately if preferred, but it is best served chilled.
